Our 6-Stage Reprocessing Methodology
How we close the polymer loop by transforming industrial plastic waste into standardized, certified raw materials.
Feedstock Sourcing & Segregation
Initial Quality CheckWe source exclusively from authenticated post-industrial manufacturers and pre-consumer conversion lines. Materials include clean extruder purge, start-up lumps, trim scrap, and polymer reject rolls.
Optical & Density Sorting
Color & Polymer SeparationSorted by specific polymer families (PP, HDPE, LDPE) and grouped by precise color batches: Super White, Natural, Dull White, and Masterbatch Colors (Green, Blue, Red, Black).
Melt Extrusion & Multi-Mesh Filtration
Thermal ProcessingThe sorted polymers are fed into high-torque 8" and 9" Extruder machines with multi-zone PID temperature controls. The molten polymer is forced through multi-layer high-density mesh filtration screens.
Lump Purge Forming & Rapid Cooling
Solidification PhaseThe pure molten polymer is directed into specialized cooling purge basins where it undergoes rapid thermal stabilization, forming solid high-density plastic lumps with uniform internal molecular structure.
Quality Testing & MFI Certification
Laboratory ComplianceRepresentative samples from every batch undergo Melt Flow Index (MFI) testing, ash content analysis, and density verification to guarantee virgin-equivalent compound properties.
Standardized Packaging & EPR Credit
Fulfilled CircularityPlastic lumps are securely packed in moisture-resistant bags, barcoded with batch numbers, and dispatched with registered CPCB EPR plastic recycling credits for brand partners.
